Our Story
Born from the vision of Dr. Noli and Nena Zosa in 1989, Villa Zosaneli was originally created as a bed and breakfast tucked away amongst sprawling citrus trees and vineyards that grew guava, avocado, oranges, tangerines, and grapes.
Since it’s opening Villa Zosaneli has been featured in many publications including Alaska Airlines Magazine, the Las Vegas Today show, and all major San Diego TV news networks, ABC, CBS and NBC.
In 2021, a 4 year $4.5 million dollar renovation began to transform the estate into the modern and expansive venue that you experience today.
Now, the property is managed by the founder’s son, Noli Zosa. Noli is a local entrepreneur, a Founding Partner of the San Diego restaurant group Dirty Birds, and serves on the Board of Directors of many local nonprofit organizations such as The Girl Scouts and the YMCA. Noli and his team is proud of Villa Z’s history and continued legacy as the place your celebrations will call home.
