WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS?

Our indoor ballroom holds 140-150 guests and outdoors may accommodate up to 200 guests.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

We allow pets on the day of the event but must be under the direct control of the owner. No pets allowed indoors.

ARE YOU LICENSED FOR ALCOHOL?

Our venue fee includes the ability to bring your own alcohol. We do not have a liquor license. Details and arrangements will be made with our team ahead of time.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE USE OF EVENT SITE?

The base venue fee includes 5 hours of venue time for one event only. A small rehearsal dinner may be hosted in the pickleball area or the pool area. Additional may be negotiated.

DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE WEDDING IN A DAY?

No. We have one wedding a day.

HOW DO WE SECURE OUR WEDDING DATE?

To secure your chosen date, we ask for a 25% deposit of your package with signed contract.

WHAT IS THE RAIN CONTINGENCY PLAN?

Our wedding banquet hall may be converted into a ceremony site and transformed back into the reception site immediately following. If rain is in the forecast, we will work with the wedding party to explore options with our preferred vendors to keep the ceremony at the gazebo.

DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND FACILITIES?

We offer convenient parking close to the wedding site specifically for guests with disabilities. Our Villa Zosaneli is ready to assist with any mobility requirements throughout the property. Additionally, we have dedicated accessible restrooms available on site to ensure comfort and convenience for all our guests.

CAN I BRING MY OWN VENDORS?

Villa Zosaneli has a list of approved vendors, but we are open to discussions should your party wish to use alternative vendors.
